The Selinsgrove Area High School Golf team and the Susquehanna Valley C.C. will host an 18-hole invitational for high school students who play for PHAC member school teams. The first annual tournament will create an opportunity for each school to enter their top four players for an 18-hole stroke play championship.
The Seals girls track and field team took home 6 gold medals at the PIAA District IV AAA championship meet to beat Williamsport 169-163. The seals will send 5 individuals to the state track and field meet in Shippensburg on Saturday, May 29th. Taking first and qualifying for the state meet were Lilian Poust in the Long Jump. Sheala Kruskie in the 3200 Meters, Annalise Bond in the Pole Vault, Kyleigh Elsayed in both the Discus and the Shot Put, and Madison Stebila in both the High Jump and Triple Jump.

JERSEY SHORE - Sofia Ramer, Riley Batdorf and Carerra Bigger each knocked in two runs to lead Selinsgrove to a 13-12 victory over Jersey Shore in Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I softball.
Both the boys and girls track teams placed 1st at the 1st ever PHAC-Central Sectional. The boys scored 210.33 points to outpace Mifflinburg who scored 126 points. Selinsgrove boys took home five 1st places. Cole Catherman won both Hurdle events and was a winning leg on the 4x400 relay team. Also on the 4x400 team was Clint Rowe, Donovan Goundie, and Dylan Wagner. Nate Hackenberger won the Triple Jump and Derick Blair took home the championship in the 3200 meters.
